The Wisconsin Propane Gas Association hosted the 2024 WPGA Spring Convention on June 18 and 19 in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This convention was a fantastic event with an excellent turnout, focused on gallon growth, industry training, propane trends, and regulatory updates.
Packed with various activities, seminars, and special moments that highlighted the vibrant community and expertise of propane professionals within the Wisconsin Propane Gas Association, the convention effectively combined education, networking, and fun to make for a well-rounded and memorable experience.
Insightful Education Seminars
A major highlight of the convention was its series of educational seminars. Attendees had the opportunity to engage in a variety of sessions designed to provide valuable knowledge and insights about the propane industry, such as:
- Risk Assessment
- Compliance
- Generac Generators
- DOT
- Roadside Inspection
- And more!
These seminars enriched attendees’ practical knowledge and better equipped them to implement effective strategies and enhance efficiency in their roles within the industry.
Exciting Networking & Fun
This year’s convention was also packed with exciting networking opportunities, which gave attendees the opportunity to mingle, exchange information, showcase their athletic talents, and have a great time! Events included sport shooting and a golf tournament with participation from more than 35 different companies.
Special Moments
Special moments at the dinner and reception consisted of a silent auction and 50/50 raffle, which were a hit thanks to the lively participation of our attendees. Winners of sport shooting and of the golf tournament were also celebrated.
